Who we are
KADASH COMERCIO LTDA, CNPJ 37.761.090/0001-43, is the controller of the data sent through this site.
What data we collect
The data you enter in the AI X-Ray (Raio-X) form — name, email, WhatsApp, company, process, message and, if you use the calculator, the numbers you typed — and minimal technical access data, such as IP address and request logs, for security and abuse prevention.
Don't send health data or third-party data
The form is for talking about your business. Don't send health data, data about your patients or customers, or other sensitive personal data. If that happens, we discard that information.
What we use it for
Only to answer your request and carry on the business conversation you asked for. We don't sell your data or share it for third-party marketing.
Legal basis
We process this data to carry out preliminary procedures related to a contract, at the data subject's request (LGPD art. 7, V): you request the AI X-Ray and we answer. Technical access data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure (art. 7, IX).
Who we share it with
Only with the providers needed to run the site and email, under their own data-protection terms: Cloudflare (site hosting and Turnstile bot verification), Resend (delivering the email with your request to our inbox) and Apple (iCloud Mail, which hosts the contato@kadash.com.br inbox).
International transfer
These providers may process data outside Brazil, under their own data-protection terms, as provided in art. 33 of the LGPD.
Security
The site only works over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), the form goes through bot verification, and access to the requests we receive is restricted to the people handling the business conversation.
How long we keep it
For as long as the business conversation lasts and, after that, for the period the law requires. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your rights (LGPD)
Confirmation and access, correction, anonymization or deletion, portability, information about who we share data with, and objection to processing. If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can petition Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

To exercise your rights or reach the person responsible for data processing at Kadash, email contato@kadash.com.br with the subject "Privacy". We reply within the deadlines set by the LGPD.
Cookies
This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Turnstile verification may use strictly necessary technical storage.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date of the current version is always at the top of this page.
Language
This is a translation for convenience. If the versions differ, the Portuguese version prevails.
