What the site offers
Information about Kadash's services and products, the AI X-Ray (Raio-X) calculator and a form to request contact. The site's content is informational and is not a binding commercial offer.
The AI X-Ray calculator
The calculator makes an estimate from the numbers you type (volume, minutes, cost per hour and repetitive share). The estimate is not a promise of results, nor financial advice: it's only the starting point of the conversation.
The offer, the timeline and the guarantee
The AI in Production Sprint, the 45-day timeline, the acceptance guarantee, the number of slots per month and founder pricing are described on the site in summary form. Scope, acceptance criteria, deadlines, price and conditions apply only once formalized in writing, in a proposal or contract signed by both parties.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site for illegal purposes, not to try to bypass the bot verification, not to send malicious or bulk content, not to overload the site with automated traffic, and not to try to access areas or systems that aren't public.
What you send
By submitting the form, you confirm that the information is true and that you may share it on behalf of your company. Don't send health data, patient data or other sensitive personal data through the form.
Intellectual property
The Kadash brand and the site's text, design, images and code belong to Kadash or are used under license, and may not be copied for commercial use without permission. Third-party brands and logos belong to their owners and appear to illustrate our team's experience, without implying partnership or endorsement.
Third-party links and products
The site links to third-party services such as usebyia.com, LinkedIn, GitHub and WhatsApp. Those services have their own terms and policies, for which Kadash is not responsible.
Availability and liability
We maintain the site with care, but it is provided as is and may have interruptions, errors or changes without notice. To the extent permitted by law, Kadash is not liable for indirect damages or for decisions made solely on the basis of the site's content or the calculator's estimate.

Data sent through this site is handled under our Privacy policy.

Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of the district where Kadash has its headquarters have jurisdiction, except where the law guarantees another venue, as in consumer relationships.
Language
This is a translation for convenience. If the versions differ, the Portuguese version prevails.
